Daniel Richman – Comey’s ‘Special Government Employee’ Leaker

In a recent interview, Congressman Jim Jordan indicated that James Comey used a go-between last year to leak contents of sensitive memos to the media. Jordan indicated that the Richman had a designation called “special government employee” (SGE) and worked for Comey’s FBI on an unpaid basis.

Richman has confirmed: “I did indeed have SGE status with the Bureau (for no pay).” Source

The research team at Americans for Innovation did a little digging around today and pulled up the information nuggets below on Daniel Richman. Just bits and pieces of what we could find in general internet searches to help our independent news partners develop articles and videos on Richman.

TRANSCRIPT at 49m07s

DANIEL C. RICHMAN: Federal prosecutors are very much untrammelled in what they can do. Regulatory agencies are highly regulated. And this is strange. And it can lead to a world of selective prosecution. Uhm, this is what Ron Kess [sp?] and I were talking about on the way up.

There’s a culture clash between administrative law types and, and criminal law types.

Administrative law types of this thing about The Rule of Law.

We, we on the prosecutorial area have gotten over that.

[Audience laughter]

Uhm, I’m not proud . . .

Questions people should be asking:

Were these OGE ethics evaluations done for Richman? Let’s see them.

Obvious conflict: Richman’s association with the Southern District of New York court, and thus with Bharara, Comey, Mueller, etc. should have caused recusal for possible bias.

Tricky dickeys:

Looks like Comey designated Richman a special employee using his authority as granted here to the Executive Branch, against his Executive Branch boss, President Trump.

Richman Bio: “Chief Appellate attorney in the U.S. Attorney’s Office for Southern District of New York”

The nearest federal appeals court is the Second Circuit Court of Appeals located at 40 Centre Street (40 Foley Square) , New York, NY 10007.

One would assume if Richman was the “Chief Appellate attorney”, then he has represented some appeals cases down the street.

However, Richman was not listed as the appeal attorney on a single case.

At the Southern District office, Richman only prosecuted FIVE (5) cases total, yet this qualified him to become the “Chief Appellate Attorney in the Southern District of New York”. So big a job, so little experience.

Conclusion: Our researchers’ opinion is that Richman is a fraud, plant, stooge for the Deep State shadow government. More proof that our justice system is also a fraud.

Actually, there were multiple parties in the Canderlario case, so in fact, Richman has only ever handled three cases, and no appeals.

Richman wants a “liberal democracy” where prosecutors speak in “transnational” terms and “promote democratic values” and “modulation of their message” (whatever that means).

This guy pretends to be an academic, but is obviously promoting the radical left transnationalist agenda from his law school perch and a waterboy for Mueller and Comey.

  1. Simply put, there’s two kinds of Americans: Sheep or Lions. Those that wish to believe the lies(sheep) and those that wish to seek the truth(lions). And both will be at battle with one another whenever shit like this happens. There are those that are awake and know the truth and those afraid of the truth and are hostile towards those that threaten their fantasy worlds. To the sheep, ignorance is bliss. The sheep are the enemy, just like the Government they wish to protect daily with their lies and ignorance…. these people are still a part of that system and that makes them our enemy. You have to understand, most of these people are not ready to be unplugged. And many of them are so inured, so hopelessly dependent on the system, that they will fight to protect it.

  2. Thought leaking is a federal crime. Doesn’t matter if you are a government employee or civilian. I say go after Richman–if Comey told him to leak the information, this is my understanding anyway, they both could be charged for leaking. Don’t understand why their is hesitation.
