The Far-East secret society “White-Dragon” reported on Monday 19th November 2018 that DEW:s are used against CA by company “Pacific Gas & Electric” which seems to match the “PG&E” in the above report above. Photographs and video evidence show clearly that DEW beams melt cars even down to liquid and turn houses to powder, while trees next to them stand undamaged. But maybe the Smart Meter originated fires can spread to surrounding trees causing typical forest fires.

I guess it was AIM that reported recently that Mr Elon Musk has re-gained permission to Launch over 1000 5G SATELLITES over USA. I think it is now URGENT to confirm those Satellites do not contain HIDDEN DEW technology nor hidden technology to make Smart Meters to explode causing house fires.
(I do NOT mean Mr Elon Musk would be aware of any hidden weapons inside the so called 5G satellites

For reference, below are links to video footage of the catastrophic Oakland Hills firestorm of October, 1991, and its aftermath. This fast-moving, wind-driven fire originated during broad daylight, under a cloudless sky, with firefighters observing and combatting it from its very first moments. The fire was abundantly documented by television news crews and by local residents even as it was occurring.
Conspicuous from the footage is that, while some areas were near-completely burned, structures and vegetation, other areas were left with a patchwork of unscathed homes and gardens standing alongside homes reduced to ash yet with their vegetation still intact. In-the-moment footage shows structures being consumed by flames while nearby trees fail to ignite. In-the-moment footage shows also the wide range in size of burning embers, many of which are small like sparks, while others are large and fuel-rich.

In sum, this event from 27 years ago, which was observed and filmed and subsequently studied in detail, offers a useful illustration of what can organically occur during a wind-driven fire in California. It also helped to advance the science of determining whether a fire occurred naturally, or by human design.
Little reported upon in the US, large wildfires occur with regularity in Canada and Australia, and their mechanisms of propagation have long been observed by local firefighting authorities.
Noteworthy is that large wildfires generate their own weather, which can include dry lightning, irregular and shockingly strong winds, ‘black hail’, fire whorls, and even fire tornadoes. One fire tornado, in Canberra, was estimated at 10,000 metres in height:
