Answer is: When American voters start electing Politicians that have a moral and religious backbone. Also known as a spine of one born and raised with foundation of ethics and integrity. There is little shame in political wrongdoing in America, simply because there is no honor. Godless people elect Godless leaders and this is the result. No shame, no honor.
