The Power of the Purse.
Perusing through these 1200+ pages the underlying theme stands out, a theme of finiciers using their God Mammon to institute and direct the agendas they find useful to their cause.
Something tells me that this Power of the Purse has been used since its creation, refined in practice over the centuries, to basically control the direction of countries, and the world. As we now are guided towards the worldwide digital dollar, that no doubt will solidify the complete control of the world. I could go on and on in details of how this is done, but I won’t as all the evidence is available for with the gumption to look for it. Curious how the Tolkien’s Hobbit tale and the vision of Smaug the Dragon, the Dwarves and the Gold turns most men into animals. So telling.
