Having followed the technology for years and viewed classified papers, this lay presentation will help those unaware of the gravity of our current situation.  Realize that if you are a scientist or even literate, the body of knowledge is too vast to fully comprehend.  That is the strategy of obfuscation.  (look it up – in fact look up anything presented that strikes your fancy.  Never take at face value anything said on the Internet even if posted as this is intended to inform.)

            Personal biography:  I am a trained scientist, principally in the field of biology.  Chance encounters with physicists such as Freeman Dyson, and Phil Callahan have all served to direct my interests and grasp of this subject of transhumanism being implemented or rather attempting to be implemented on the general population.  There is only one sure way to deal with the problem, if you are Christian, start studying your Bible and practice it.  If you are a spiritual person, then learn to listen to your intuition and become a moral person.  Once you get the general picture, defense is possible, because you are no longer in denial.  Until then, best seek out friends that are truly awake, and not just ‘woke’.

            Preppers are on the right track for many reasons.  They are seeking to grow their own food and prepare defenses.  The 2^nd amendment is only a minimal guarantee unless you have learned spiritual akido.  In fact, preppers may be most in need of understanding this electronic assault on our freedoms.  I want to add one seemingly irrelevant aspect concerning music.  As my friend Brent said, “Everything is frequency.”  Has social media subverted your natural awareness of the music around you.  Notice that birds seldom speak all at once.  It is always call and response.

            From here I will follow the discussion in the link, and comment.  They refer to open source through Linux.  System 76 offers a computer fully loaded with only Ubuntu open source operating systems.  It is more robust, and allows a tool for anyone seeking to avoid surveillance when coupled with MySQif, Tor, Duckduckgo, and probably the most important thing: never say anything on the Internet that should be said privately out in nature.  If your words can be misconstrued, they will be misconstrued. 

            Hope and Tivon begin to identify the biofield.  Auras or bioelectric/biochemical exchanges are simply efforts to identify a working mechanism.  You only have to pay attention to coincidence, exchange with people or animals, to begin to grasp how this works.  After a close encounter, have you noticed how that person or cohort reappears?  One way to grasp this is quantum entanglement.  Within a medical/health context, this is way the placebo effect is a legitimate healing modality. 

            They transition to biosensors.  Kevin Warwick was the first scientist that I encountered working with these systems that interface the human biofield with electrical systems.  That has advanced to the degree that third strands of DNA are being experimented with to act as antenna for external signals.  Graphene is an intermediate stage with severe side effects on the human body, but that allows microtargeting of individuals. 

            The history of this development is dated from the late 1950’s.  To get a sense of that scope, ELFis.net has a bibliography available in the Mind Kontrol archive. Specifically look up Bibliography of Psychoactive Mood Modification by Robert Beck and Eldon Byrd.  The video being considered above is a western technology overview, but Tibetans have an equally sophisticated approach using the same principles.

            The discussion proceeds to ubiquitous means of contaminating our bodies with biosensors.  Most people paying attention are aware of RoundUp being put into our food supply.  It is no different.  With RoundUp, the strategy is to choose organic, load with prebiotics and probiotics.  Nanobots or related DNA insertion is less well understood and less developed.  However, again that just requires spiritual awareness to overcome material intrusions.  It is possible, but must be practiced.  You cannot just say that is so, or not so.  Possible counters are ingestion of dandelion extract and liposomal glutathione.

            Cellphones can be used for bootstrapping biosensors.  If you do not already have RFID wallets, the idea is the same.  Faraday bags are of different quality.  If your Faraday bag for your cellphone does not prevent updates, then it is not working.  You should never be able to receive calls while your phone is in its bag.  Shungite may work to reduce entrainment, electromagnetic pollution, but it will not be one hundred percent.  Learn to walk in the Spirit and reduce your cellphone addiction.  Yes, it is an addiction, with designed algorithms, and psychoactive frequencies to increase addictive behavior.

            Biosensors use your body’s own electric energy to power it to send and receive data.  Mood modification and targeting behavior is an entirely separate aspect once this data is gathered in real time.  That is one of the dangers of Starlink, Neuralink, and the early algorithms that I learned of from a physicist who developed that technology to allow surgeons to conduct real time surgery with colleagues in distant places through satellite connections. 

            IEEE 802.15.4 – outside the body communication standards.  IEEE 802.15.6 –  inside the body communication standards. 

            Biophotonics and Optogenetics:  the interaction of light and biological materials.  Modulated frequencies are an aspect of this.  Learning how to walk as a blind person by faith, not according to the lusts of the flesh, will help navigate this in public spaces where avoidance is impossible.  The technical term is VLC lighting and will be used in public spaces to control people.  People conditioned to become light sensitive or sound sensitive, for that matter, can be directed.  You might notice a similar effect under normal conditions when tired, and an irritating voice bothers you.  The lights will be able to control flicker rate and send data based upon the response of the target individual emitting signals through their WBAN (Wireless Body Area Network).  The facial recognition prevalent in China is a simple example of how this can be accomplished.

            LED TV’s at Costco continue to increase size and pixel density, but what underlying optogenetics can be applied to these systems once installed in your home? My Aspberger friend who is moderately wealthy seems less aware of his surroundings as this technology increases.  For him, it is a matter of purchasing the best sound and light quality, without considering any underlying optogenetics component.  For these folks, the best strategy might be to introduce shungite to reduce distortion, without ever mentioning that it will shield them from personal harmful radiation and modulated frequencies. There may be a dummy button to disable tracking, but that is in fact all it is.  Smart devices are increasingly able to monitor in real time anyone in their field of sensitivity.

            The Internet of Everything will be used to track and trace – animals included.  Recently, several of us rode 18 miles with mountain bikes on a country road through a plantation.  Anyone that understands wildlife would consider finding 3 apex predators in a one mile stretch of the road unusual – a grey fox and two bobcats. They were recently dead, no buzzards around, but smelling enough not to turn over and look for a bullet hole.  Since it was hunting season, the immediate thought was that poison was used to target rats and got up the food chain.  This would allow quail to proliferate and increase hunting business.  The only problem with that scenario is that a sick wild animal will go to ground in a thicket.  The best explanation so far was that some plantation manager shot them, threw them into the back of his pick up, and dumped them down the road late at night.  Sensors would prevent this abuse and be used to justify development of a technology to control us.  The idea with all of this is to normalize it at universities, recruiting engineers and biologists to support compartmented aspects of the technology.  Scientists by nature are poor communicators.  Couple that with social media platforms that reduce social skills, and ready made robotic humans are the end product.

            The banking aspect is mentioned, which truly underlies most of these abuses through printing funny money to purchase the technology.  Ronald Bernard remains the best documented explanation of this abuse.  Having visited a billionaire’s estate, the security is immense and multi-layered, so just taking a sniper rifle to solve the problem is the best way to spend the rest of your life in prison.

            Internet of behaviors will be discussed within this video, to explain some of the crowd psychosis observed within our societies, particularly urban societies.  Next though, Tivon and Hope will discuss weaknesses in these systems.  Some of these include, free space, signal absorption, line of sight propagation, fading, etc.  Where entrainment is essential for mood modification, it is important to have a consistent signal emission within the body using the dielectric constant of the skin surface as a natural boundary to summate the beneficial or harmful signal.  This is why vaccines were used to introduce graphene hydroxide internally to allow better functioning of external signals.  Ian Alkyildiz and Josepe Journet developed much of the IEEE nanotechnology related to this within vaccines.  The overall rubric for this technology is metamaterials because there are many signal receptors that can be introduced into the body.  This is aside from the Israeli efforts to create a third strand of DNA to serve the same function.  In 2017, these technologies were released into the public domain to upgrade the Global Information Network.  This is termed the Graphenation of the general population through the Covid vaccinations.  (If you are a Christian, at some point this becomes the Mark of the Beast – whether that is imminent or distant is difficult to identify.)

            The next slide is entitled ‘Cyberphysical Backbone’.  The new system infrastructure includes: 5G, fiberoptics, metamaterials, satellites, etc.  CPS is the cyber physical system that is controlled or monitored by Artificial Intelligence. A backbone can tie together different LAN, local area networks.  Load balancing is the testing of the new hardware over the network, that includes legacy or traditional software that underlies much of this new technology.  This was deployed in 2017. This is to enable fifteen minute smart cities where population is restricted to a limited geographic area.  This is why I have consistently advocated and developed interactions between local urban farms and nearby rural farms.  The primary means of promoting this has been to suggest accountability for local products, however the big picture is to put in place local food resources of high nutritional value.  Some efforts to initiate seed saving seemed to have fallen by the wayside, although local libraries have taken up the banner with seed libraries.

            The video producers initiate a counter tech effort.  Both Ubuntu, Linux, Tor, Duckduckgo, and MySQif are efforts in this direction.  SCIF stands for Secure Compartmented Information Facility in military parlance.  Faraday bags, if designed correctly, can turn off ubiquitous, always-on devices.  Finally consider that we as biological EM fields can regulate our own emissions with a still mind.  The central atom in blood is iron, so you have a natural Faraday cage, if you will use it correctly. 

            They make a product called orgonite.  Shungite and quartz crystals can also work in a similar capacity.  These can still be obtained at reasonable cost.  I personally, AimCat Peter, have designed a pair of paramagnetic towers, now in their third iteration.  These shield from external EM fields generated by power lines, and induce Schumann resonance to charge plants.  We have a lot of anecdotal data that these really work, including preventing crows from flying over the farm.  A remote healer that worked on Ted Kennedy confirmed the first generation towers were working.  The last generation were built with help from a machinist at High Energy Physics using a template to get exact coil angles.  Will they work for  5G radiation, I won’t be able to tell until further tests begin once we are inundated with these frequencies.  Mosaic warfare is the concept of sending a large number of weapon and sensor platforms at the enemy.  My tower design is a passive system that works as a shield. Once measured quantitatively with an array of high tech devices, the physics underlying it can be better understood, and active distributed systems can be designed.

            Currently, I have used a Phil Callahan soil meter to measure microgauss increase in soils as a result of the towers.  High Performance Liquid Chromatography can be used in conjunction with this to measure increase in nutrient density.  SQUID is an acronym for ‘superconducting quantum interference device’.  Field versions of this are now available to measure quantum tunneling and Josephson junctions resulting from fields generated by the towers, particularly with organic soils that have added paramagnetic materials such as granite dust, basalt dust, glacial till or any soil amendment that raises the microgauss value of the soil over 1000 microgauss.  Another high tech device found at research facilities such as the National High Field Maglab are called EMCCD or electron multiplied charge coupled devices to measure photon emission of the soils and plants affected. These can be used with scanning electron microscopes to determine effects of the towers on soils.  While much of this has been devoted to agriculture, using it as a shielding device is an obvious segue.

            Department of Defense issued a directive in 2020 to the Pentagon authorizing full AI deployment.  Pentagon fails to account for $3 trillion for the 6^th year in a row.  An updated executive order in October 2023 reaffirmed full implementation of AI. 

            WBAN is discussed and appears taken directly from Sabrina Davis’s explanation of Wireless Body Area Network.  These include all nodes in and around the body including wearables.  Internet of Bodies transmits personal information over the Internet.  Network administrators like Sabrina have been implementing this system for decades – I must say in Sabrina’s case – with a belated conscience.  Were Nuremberg trials allowed, they might not receive life, but without forgiveness of Jesus, they would be doing time.  That said, remember that even Paul was a murderer leading multitudes of Christians to be killed.  He repented and God forgave him and used him.  I recently met a criminal of similar past who fully repented and now works actively in prisons.  It is human nature to want justice, but unless we move beyond our normal concept of forgiveness, we are never going to get past atrocities such as the current one being acted out in Israel.

            World Economic Forum states, “tracking how our bodies work, could change our lives”  Got the latest fitbit, well consider yourself an experimental tracking test.  A comment is made regarding these wearable devices that this is the ‘mark of the beast’ and that through various means vaccines, ingestion, aerosols, it will no longer be a matter of choice. I can tell from Shawn’s comment that he does not know the Book of Revelation, because he calls it the Book of Revelations. That is a lie.  As long as we are on this planet, we will always have a choice.  Be informed, but do not be afraid.  Fear is the mind killer.

            Hope is correct when she says that the will is involved, and that you have to choose to take the mark.  They bring up Solyent Green suggesting that the goal of these nanotechnologies is to power our own healthcare monitors, and contribute much like the voluntary use of computers to the global Internet.  IEEE MBS, the world’s largest society of biomedical engineers, purports to use nanotechnology to deliver health benefits.  This is the industry that is changing your DNA toward transhumanism and hooking your body up to the cloud.
