Here’s how they do it and how to stop them
A free and fair election is the foundation upon which a Constitutional Republic rests. It is the sovereign right and duty of The People. It cannot be delegated to paid federal, state or local government bureaucrats and subcontractors—who are biased by the nature of their employment. While The People may delegate the administration of election processes, the process itself is The People’s.
The 2018 Mid-Term Election is under threat
This important 2018 Mid-Term Election is under threat from various types of voting fraud including endemic breaks in bipartisan chains of custody, mail in ballots, electronic vote manipulation, deceased citizens, votes by illegal aliens, voting multiple times, and by unverifiable mail in ballots.
The Man-In-The-Middle Vote Tally Manipulation
Perhaps the most strategic threat to a fair vote is a process called Man-In-The-Middle.[1] In this form of election rigging, a third party is able to gain access to the data streams connecting each county board of election with that State’s election tabulation computer run by the Secretary of State.
This third party is usually a subcontractor buried deep as a subcontractor deep inside some State information technology master contract. In the case of Missouri’s 2016 primary election, the election rigging was buried deep inside an a Nippon (Japan) Telephone & Telegraph, NTT DATA INC contract (Note: It is notoriously known that the NSA controls the Japanese telephone system). Noteably, the name was misspelled in the state’s contract system to avoid search and detection. [1]
If the third party is identified in subcontractor disclosures, the contractor is usually innocuously labeled as an election security auditor or monitor.
In cases where Man-In-The-Middle has been proven (2004 Ohio Presidential Election), the third party was a Cedarville University professor, Dr. Alan Dillman hired by the state to ostensibly be an election advisor, but was in fact secretly passing the results to a SMARTech website in Chattanooga, Tennessee owned by the RNC, Bush family and Karl Rove who changed the tallies before they were reported to the state tabulator.[2]
This Man-In-The-Middle is given access to the county-state vote tally reporting stream. With that access, the Man-In-The-Middle is able to change vote totals being reported before they arrive at the state tabulator. In addition, this procedure destroys the sacred principle of bipartisan chain of custody.
How to discover and stop Man-In-The-Middle
Each county and state computer has a unique street address on the Internet. For example, the supervisor of elections in Leon County, Florida (incl. Tallahassee) is www.leonvotes.org. The election system for the State of Florida is hosted at https://dos.myflorida.com/elections/ (Note: under subcontract to Cloudfare.com in San Francisco, California).[4]
Block all network access to non-county election board computers to the state system.
The only permitted election night links to your State’s vote tabulation computer should be from each of your county boards of elections. Any other attempt to link to third party sites should be blocked. This blocking should start occurring at least one hour before the county boards of elections start reporting their ballot tallies and continue until such time as 100% of the votes have been verified and reported.
Close your ears to AVID ISIS MSM teleprompter propaganda
Do not be fooled by mainstream media reports regarding election results. They have now been proven to be fraudulently prepared, displayed and reported by newsreaders using the AVID ISIS Suites Election Night Reporting teleprompter systems where more than 10% of AVID is owned by Senator Dianne Feinstein and her husband Richard C. Blum.[1] More than 10% is a controlling interest in a public company.

The controlled local liberal media (print and air waves) continue to protect U.S. Senator Angus King (I) from himself but cracks have been seen. King’s positive ratings recently dropped to 46%. Eric Brakey (R) was up to 29%; the socialist was at 8%; an additional 17% undecided. (Many of them are Trump supporters who do not know Brakey yet).
Eric Brakey is hoping President Trump might come to Maine before election day.
This particular swamp committee knows the alleged Russian collusion with Trump was set up by Hillary, Obama and top political agents of our respective intelligence agencies.
Now King negotiated his way onto the U.S. Intelligence Committee six years ago giving Maine and California the only two states with multiple globalist senators on the committee.
There is no doubt in my mind this second generation Washington D.C. lawyer is up to his eyeballs in swamp muck. He attempts not to speak publicly on the record on critical issues. He restricts himself to speaking privately to individual groups on difference sides of any hot issue. Behind close doors he will tell each side what they want to hear. Ultimately he always votes democratic (unless it is a Republican spending bill). He always votes yes on “all” spending bills from either party.
A good example of local media bias is related to a 9/11 event both King and Brakey attended two days ago. Maine State Senator Eric Brakey, who is running for U.S. Senate in Maine, was shocked when, part way through King’s five minute speech, he equated 9/11 to Trump’s collusion with Russia. Fortunately King’s comments were filmed. Brakey’s campaign released the the segment where King equated 9/11 to Trump’s collusion.
Brakey condemned the comparison and released a statement to the state media and Facebook:
Most of the local media refused to touch the attack on Trump by a U.S. Intelligence Committee member.
The local paper that concluded they must print something, since it happened under their noses, went to Angus King and asked him about the comment and how they might diffuse this gaff. The writer of the story decided to apply one of King’s responses as the headline of the article he wrote.

Eric Brakey knows he is not only battling Angus King, he is battling the swamp, too, with all its minions in the media. Eric keeps knocking on doors and replies to any event which brings large groups of Mainers together.
Mainers can begin voting after Labor Day. King is refusing to debate until October.
King’s comments did make national news on Fox’s “Tucker”. He commented on King’s dumb remarks:

As a percentage of eligible voters, Clinton received 26.82% (65,845,063) of all votes compared to Trump’s 25.65% (62,980,160) and Did Not Vote’s 43.79% (107,000,000).
Total voter turnout was estimated to be 55.7% of the voting age registered population.
It is the 5th election since 1820 when the winner of the popular vote lost the presidency (the others being 1824, 1876, 1888, and 2000)
Donald Trump received 2,046,656 more votes than Romney did in 2012, but Hilary Clinton received 70,732 fewer votes than Obama did in 2012.
Neither Candidate even won a majority of votes cast, Clinton got 48.0% vs Trump’s 45.9% of those who did vote.
Washington DC is the only area in the country where a majority of all eligible voters (whether they voted or not) voted for Clinton (90% of voters, voted for Clinton on a 55.7% turnout). In the other 6 states listed above, victories were simple pluralities.
The numbers below are shocking! People have lost faith in the election system and these two corporate owned parties. For various reasons 107 million potential voters in the 2016 Presidential election in U.S. did not vote.
How many millions of those electors came to the same conclusion as Christine Mose did? Christine wrote: “Voting has become an act of endorsing your own systematic oppression and perpetuates the illusion that we live in a functioning democracy.” What I call the Mark Twain party below, Twain said some 100 years ago: “If voting made any difference they wouldn’t let us do it.”
When people come to that conclusion, many just stop voting. Voter turnout will only increase when people see proof that election results ARE REAL! Publicly verified elections, as we are proposing, utilizing digital ballot images with risk-limiting audits will result in elections that people can believe in.
We must make Elections Transparent, Track-able and Publicly Verified if we are to protect our democracy. Governments must not be the sole verifier of its own secret electronic elections.
The importance of ballot images is being increasingly recognized, as evidenced by the new Congressional effort to secure voting systems sponsored by Sen. Ron Wyden. Quote from THE HILL article: “State and local officials would also be required to implement what are known as “risk-limiting audits” — a method that verifies election outcomes by comparing a random sample of paper ballots with their corresponding digital versions — for all federal elections.”

Nationally, according to PEW report the 55.7% turnout in last year’s election puts the U.S. behind most of its peers in the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, most of whose members are highly developed, democratic states. The most recent nationwide election in each of the 35 OECD member nations, placed USA the U.S. 28th, right behind Estonia.
